About the job North America Sales Director
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop sales strategies, annual targets, and budgets for vision modules in the North American region; monitor performance against targets; and adjust strategies to ensure revenue and market share goals are met;
2. Build the North American sales team and enhance its capabilities and stability;
3. Lead the development of key accounts in North America (across industries such as industrial, consumer electronics, security, and automotive), spearhead negotiations and contract signings for major projects, and maintain high-level partnerships;
4. Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Supply Chain departments to drive the implementation of vision solutions, manage the full lifecycle of major projects, resolve cross-departmental collaboration issues, and ensure delivery;
5. Monitor North American market policies, competitive products, and technology trends; produce analytical reports; lead high-level business events (summits/trade shows) to enhance the brand's premium influence.
Qualifications:
1. 5–10 years of B2B international sales experience, with at least 3 years of sales management experience in the North American region; experience in the camera, vision solutions, AIoT, or smart hardware industries is preferred;
2. Proven experience leading a team to achieve annual revenue in the tens of millions, with a track record of securing large-scale project contracts and maintaining relationships with key clients;
3. Strong capabilities in strategic planning, team leadership, high-level negotiations, cross-departmental collaboration, and risk management;
4. Native-level proficiency in English for business communication, with familiarity with industry terminology;
5. Results-oriented, able to handle performance pressure, and possess strong cross-cultural communication skills.
