Role Overview
This role is ideal for a HR professional who enjoys end-to-end HR work within a lean structure. You will partner closely with the Regional HR Director and support daily HR operations, employee lifecycle matters, policy administration, and regional coordination across multiple countries.
This is a permanent part-time position with fixed afternoon working hours, offering stability, exposure to regional HR, and the opportunity to work directly with senior HR leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle HR documentation including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits, work passes, and employee records.
- Maintain HR databases and ensure accuracyof employee information.
- Support HR policy rollout, compliance tracking, and documentation.
- Assist with job postings, screening, interview arrangements, and pipeline coordination.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring processes.
- Coordinate HR initiatives and information flow between APAC markets.
- Prepare reports, slides, and HR data for the Regional HR Director.
- Help execute engagement activities, performance review cycles, and feedback collection.
- Support HR system enhancements, SOP development, and policy updates.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 25 years of HR experience, ideally covering HR operations and generalist work.
- Exposure to regional HR matters is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable interacting with stakeholders across markets and cultures.
