Overview

The Housing & Facilities Associate is a technically skilled and detail-oriented graduate who will play a central role in managing SEIF Pharmacies housing network for pharmacists. This includes overseeing the maintenance of housing units, coordinating essential services, and designing policies and procedures to ensure sustainable and efficient housing operations.

This role requires a hands-on engineer with the discipline to manage complex infrastructure while introducing structure and accountability to housing operations. Youll be shaping not just the upkeep of facilities, but the standards, systems, and policies that govern them.

Core Responsibilities

Housing Network Oversight

Monitor and manage the companys housing units for pharmacists, ensuring facilities are safe, functional, and compliant.

Maintenance Coordination

Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for housing facilities and services.

Policy & Procedure Development

Design and implement clear guidelines, standards, and operating procedures for housing management.

Service Management

Coordinate utilities, contracts, and service providers to ensure seamless delivery of housing-related services.

Project Execution

Assist in housing-related projects, renovations, or expansions by coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Reporting & Compliance

Maintain records, track costs, and prepare reports for the Engineering Director on housing operations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Education: Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Construction Engineering (Bachelors also acceptable).

Mindset: Organized, detail-focused, and responsible; able to combine technical understanding with operational discipline.

Skills: Knowledge of maintenance practices, infrastructure systems, and basic project management.

Soft Skills: Strong communication, ability to work with contractors and service providers, capable of drafting procedures and ensuring compliance.
