Job Summary:

As a Delivery Agent (Motorcycle), you will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient delivery of orders to our customers. You will be working closely with our pharmacy team to ensure that all orders are accurately picked and delivered to the designated locations. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and maintenance of the motorcycle assigned to you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive and process delivery orders from the pharmacy team.

- Pick up and deliver orders to customers in a timely and efficient manner.

- Ensure accuracy of orders and proper handling of products during delivery.

- Maintain a clean and organized motorcycle, including regular maintenance checks.

- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road.

- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries.

- Keep track of delivery records and report any issues or delays to the pharmacy team.

- Assist with other tasks as needed, such as restocking shelves or organizing inventory.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Valid motorcycle license.

- Minimum of 1 year experience as a delivery agent, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

- Familiarity with the local roads and traffic regulations.

- Good communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team.

- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.

- Physical ability to lift and carry packages up to 25 pounds.
