Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Fustat, Old Cairo, Egypt. This individual will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and techniques, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent

- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including online job portals, social media, and networking events

- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure alignment on candidate requirements

- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and making job offers

- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes

- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant labor laws and regulations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry

- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven experience in conducting interviews and assessments

- Familiarity with online job portals and social media recruitment platforms

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
