About the job Marketing Executive
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with school objectives
- Plan and manage monthly social media content in collaboration with Central Office (CO)
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content across digital platforms
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and school messaging
- Collaborate with Marketing and CO to deliver campaigns that drive leads and performance
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for content production
- Manage end-to-end production (concept, script, scheduling, and execution)
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights
- Oversee development of marketing materials with the Brand & Design team
- Support Admissions initiatives, including email marketing via HubSpot
- Provide content for lead nurturing and communication journeys
- Handle Oracle administration for Marketing & Admissions (M&A)
- Document school events through photo and video content
- Support basic graphic design needs for marketing activities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
- Proven experience in marketing, content creation, or administration
- Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities
- Good project management and execution skills
- Familiarity with social media tools and content platforms
- Alignment with SPH's Mission, Vision, and Values
- Demonstrates initiative, leadership, and accountability
