Job Descriptions

  1. To act as an information provider to prospective parents regarding an explanation of the school vision, mission, curriculum, facility, and price via all available media.
  2. Assist the prospective parents on school tours and emphasize the uniqueness of the school.
  3. Persuade prospective parents to make the right decision about sending their children to the right school.
  4. Responsible for following up with the prospective parents and student.
  5. Ensure the implementation of the admissions procedures is carried out effectively.
  6. Ensure good communication with academics regarding entrance test date and time.
  7. Follow up on the results of entrance tests with academics and inform the result to parents.
  8. Follow up on any retest or waiting list status of applicants.
  9. Handling the administration of the admission budget.
  10. Assist in the preparation of the Open House Program: school tours, student sharing, etc.
  11. Follow up with prospective parents and invite them to the Open House.
  12. Persuade parents to come to Parents Seminar via phone call.
  13. Assisting in parenting cassette order in cooperation with production dept.

Job Requirements

  • Strong demonstrable Christian faith.
  • A biblical worldview on Education.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia. Additional languages may be advantageous.
  • Alignment with and commitment to the mission, vision, and values of Sekolah Pelita Harapan.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and intercultural skills.
  • Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills.
  • Genuine passion for education and contributing to the development of students.
  • Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development.
