Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver art lessons in accordance with the curriculum
- Teach a variety of art techniques and media, including drawing, painting, sculpture, and crafts
- Encourage creativity, imagination, and self-expression among students
- Prepare lesson materials, tools, and art supplies
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized classroom environment
- Assess and evaluate student artwork and learning progress
- Provide constructive feedback to support student development
- Manage classroom behavior and promote positive student engagement
- Display student artwork for exhibitions, school events, or classroom decoration
- Collaborate with other teachers and school staff
- Communicate effectively with parents and administrators regarding student progress
- Participate in staff meetings, school activities, and professional development
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Art Education, Fine Arts, or a related field
- Strong, demonstrable Christian faith
- A biblical Christian worldview
- Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills
- A love for students
- Enthusiasm and the ability to work in a team
- A commitment to personal and professional growth
