About the job Ministering Art Admin
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee logistics, maintenance, and organization of Ministering Arts facilities, including music, art, drama, and performance spaces
- Manage inventory of supplies and equipment (instruments, costumes, technical equipment, sheet music, etc.) and ensure proper upkeep
- Handle procurement processes, including budgeting, vendor coordination, and purchase requisitions
- Support teachers with classroom preparation, instructional assistance, and administrative tasks
- Coordinate student instrument rentals, maintenance, and scheduling
- Assist in planning and executing school events, performances, and community programs
- Support chapel services and events, including preparation of materials, presentations, and technical setup
- Operate and assist with sound, multimedia, and technical equipment during events
- Create and manage promotional and performance content (videos, posters, social media, etc.)
- Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and community stakeholders
- Maintain documentation, track budget usage, and coordinate with finance
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support department operations
Job Requirements:
- Strong Christian faith and understanding of Biblical Christian education
- Alignment with the mission, vision, and values of the organization
- Strong organizational, administrative, and planning skills
- Good interpersonal and intercultural communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative
- Experience in logistics, event coordination, or administrative support is preferred
- Basic knowledge of music and/or arts (music skills preferred)
- Familiarity with multimedia, sound systems, or technical equipment is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Fluency in spoken and written English (minimum TOEFL 550) and ability to translate between Bahasa Indonesia and English
