What you will do

  • Lead and deliver engineering projects across operational assets and existing buildings
  • Drive decarbonisation strategies and building performance improvement programmes
  • Act as a senior client partner, managing relationships and expectations and coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure quality across all technical outputs
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers within the team
  • Oversee surveys, technical reporting, commissioning, and post-occupancy evaluations
  • Contribute to business development, including winning and securing new projects

Employment conditions
You will receive a salary in the range of £50,000 to £65,000 per year, supplemented by additional allowances and travel compensation. You will have the opportunity to further develop your career within a stable and growing consultancy, with a clear path toward senior leadership.

What we expect from you

  • Chartered Engineer status (or working towards chartership)
  • Strong experience with existing buildings and operational assets
  • Proven ability to lead projects, teams, and client relationships

  • Broad knowledge of building services, with a strong mechanical focus
  • Demonstrated ability in business development and project acquisition
