Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Business Consultant to support business growth, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate is confident in communicating with clients, identifying opportunities, and helping drive company expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Assist in developing business strategies and growth plans
- Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure client needs are met
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for clients
- Support account management and client retention efforts
- Participate in meetings, networking, and business development activities
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, consulting, sales, or client management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Experience in recruitment, outsourcing, staffing, or BPO industry is an advantage
- Familiarity with CRM tools and business reporting is a plus
