Job Purpose
To manage soft services operations (cleaning, pest control, indoor plants, mailroom, stationery, pantry and front‑of‑house support) and ensure a high‑quality workplace experience for all users.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise daily and periodic cleaning activities according to the agreed frequency table and standards; conduct inspections and drive service improvements.
- Coordinate pest control services, ensuring correct service frequency, safe chemical use and compliance with local regulations and requirements.
- Manage indoor plant service (appearance, health, replacement, pest prevention) according to agreed scope and schedule.
- Coordinate mailroom and courier services, ensuring timely pick‑up/delivery, handling of issues/claims and use of relevant systems.
- Manage stationery and pantry supplies ordering, inventory and cost control, ensuring alignment with standards and no single‑use plastics where possible.
- Support reception/front‑of‑house standards, meeting room readiness and event support activities.
- Collect and consolidate soft‑services data (consumption, issues, incidents) for monthly reporting to FM Manager.
Requirements
- Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Facilities Management or related field.
- 2–4 years' experience in soft services/FM operations in office or hospitality environment.
Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
Experience managing vendors/cleaning contractors is an advantage.
