Job Summary:

The HR & Admin Assistant supports daily HR and office operations, including recruitment tasks, documentation, data entry, and asset management. The role requires good organization skills and attention to detail. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in posting job advertisements and coordinating the recruitment process
  • Screen resumes and arrange interview schedules

  • Handle filing, scanning, and organizing documents

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate HR and administrative records
  • Manage office supply requirements, including monitoring stock and 

    placing orders
  • Maintain and update company asset records

  • Assist in tracking, allocating, and disposing of company assets

  • Prepare, update, and organize HR and administrative documentation

  • Ensure proper documentation control and compliance with company procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or any related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

  • Basic understanding of HR processes is an added advantage

  • Strong willingness to learn and grow in HR & administrative functions

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Google Workspace tools, especially Google Drive, Docs, 

  • Sheets, and Forms
