Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. The Account Executive will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including preparing and analyzing financial statements, maintaining accounting records, processing payroll, handling accounts payable and receivable, preparing tax returns, and conducting audits.
Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance
sheets,income statements, and cash flow statements- Maintain accounting records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
Process payroll, including calculating wages, taxes, and deductions
Handle accounts payable and receivable, including billing, collecting
payments, and reconciling accounts
- Prepare tax returns, including individual, corporate, and sales tax returns
Conduct audits, including internal and external audits
Provide financial advice to management, including budgeting,
forecasting, and cost analysisComply with accounting regulations
Manage financial risks
Train and supervise accounting staff
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
2 - 3+ years of experience in an accounting role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Accounting Softwares & Microsoft Office Suite
Strong attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines
