Job Title: Building Executive

Department: Property Management

Reports To: Property Manager

Summary:

The Building Executive is responsible for the day-to-day management of a property. This includes tasks such as leasing and managing properties, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and managing tenant relations. He/ she is responsible for the day-to-day administrative tasks associated with the management of a property. The Building Executive must have a strong understanding of real estate law and regulations, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a property or group of properties, including leasing, marketing, and rent collection
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance
  • Maintaining property records and files
  • Collecting all payments
  • Manage tenant relations
  • Comply with all applicable real estate laws and regulations
  • Prepare reports and presentations
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in real estate management, business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in property management
  • Strong understanding of real estate law and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
