Job Title: Digital Marketing & IT Executive

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Reports To: Manager

Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing & IT Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. This role also includes overseeing the company's IT infrastructure and ensuring the efficient operation of all systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Additionally, they will manage the organization's IT resources and support the team with technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

  1. Campaign Management:

    • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  2. Content Creation:

    • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written and audio/podcast).
  3. Social Media:

    • Oversee social media strategy and ensure its effectiveness.
    • Manage and update social media accounts with daily content to improve engagement and followers.
  4. Analytics:

    • Use Google Analytics and other tools to analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics.
    • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  5. Email Marketing:

    • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns.
    • Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices.
  6. SEO/SEM:

    • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
    • Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.

IT Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Support:

    • Provide technical support to staff, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
    • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and networks.
  2. System Maintenance:

    • Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems.
    • Regularly update systems and software to maintain the security and efficiency of the IT infrastructure.
  3. IT Infrastructure:

    • Manage IT resources and ensure the smooth operation of all technology systems.
    • Oversee IT projects, including system updates, upgrades, migrations, and outages.
  4. Training:

    • Train employees on both software and hardware, as well as IT policies and procedures.
  5. Vendor Management:

    • Liaise with external IT vendors and service providers.


  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and managing IT infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
  • Proficient in marketing automation technology and IT systems.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
  • Strong technical skills, including familiarity with network administration and computer systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
