Compensation: +$180,000 MXN gross per month

Key Requirements:

Strong experience in AMS services management with a focus on SLA/KPI compliance. (+5 services per month)

Extensive knowledge to propose and offer AMS technical solutions, understanding and defining client needs.

Proven expertise in account development strategy and consultative selling to strengthen client relationships.

Technical expertise in enterprise systems and applications within AMS processes.

Proficiency with service management tools: ITIL, ticketing systems, and reporting. (+1500 users per month)

Proven ability to resolve critical issues, optimize processes, and lead multidisciplinary teams. (Tickets L1 and Automation L2, L3)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute an account growth strategy, identifying opportunities for service expansion.

Propose tailored AMS solutions aligned with client technical and operational needs.

Oversee and coordinate the daily AMS operations, ensuring SLA and KPI compliance.

Lead the AMS team by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring high-quality delivery.

Serve as the key point of contact for clients, managing technical, operational, and strategic expectations.

Conduct consultative selling by understanding client goals and offering solutions that drive business value.

Create and deliver performance and service reports, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Optimize AMS processes by implementing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and performance.

Success Indicators:

Compliance with SLAs and agreed KPIs.

Customer satisfaction (surveys and NPS).

Account growth and service expansion through consultative approaches.

Operational efficiency: timely incident resolution and optimized processes.

Development and retention of the AMS team.
