Job Openings Senior UX / UI Product Designer

About the job Senior UX / UI Product Designer

Serve First is a fastmoving, well funded start up turning customer feedback into live dashboards and AI driven alerts.

2025 roadmap: overhaul user journeys, add a design system, and launch new AI powered workflows.

Youll own the end to end product experience and iterate fast-low bureaucracy, maximum autonomy.

What you'll do

  • Shape end to end UX. Map and optimise critical B2B workflows (survey creation, analytics, alerting). Product journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
  • Own the design system. Define UI patterns, components, and accessibility rules in Figma; partner with engineering for pixel perfect implementation.
  • Drive user research. Plan and run interviews, usability tests, and feedback sessions with enterprise customers; translate insights into actionable design changes.
  • Iterate relentlessly. Ship small, test, and improve. Use data (Heap, GA, in-app analytics) and qualitative feedback to refine flows.
  • Collaborate cross functionally. Work side-by-side with Product, Backend, and Frontend teams; clarify requirements, hand off specs, review builds.
  • Leverage AI wisely. Use AI design/copy tools to accelerate work, but validate everything - you own the outcome.
  • Document everything. Keep flows, components, and rationale well documented for the distributed team.
