Regional Engineering Manager Business Development

Servi-Tek Facility Solutions is seeking an experienced and driven Regional Facility Engineering

Manager to lead our engineering operations for a new geographic market. In this role, you will

spearhead the launch of our facility engineering services group in an emerging region, utilizing

your technical expertise and strong business development capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate a new regional market for facility engineering services
• Conduct market research, analyze potential demand, and formulate business plans for geographic expansion
• Establish relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to drive sales growth and brand recognition
• Recruit, manage and oversee training for facility engineers in this market
• Oversee the implementation of facility engineering projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs
• Set and achieve aggressive sales targets, forecasting revenue, and managing budgets
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or equivalent in a related technical field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in facility maintenance engineering, including project management and operations
• Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably within the engineering or construction industries
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of facility engineering best practices, codes, and regulations
• Strong leadership abilities with a talent for building and motivating high-performing teams
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
