Job Title: Building Engineer Honolulu, HI

Overview:

Were seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Engineer to join our Honolulu team. Youll be responsible for maintaining commercial office facilities, ensuring systems operate efficiently, and providing a safe, comfortable environment for tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily inspections and respond promptly to tenant service requests
• Conduct preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems
• Oversee and coordinate contractors for repairs and upgrades
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Communicate regularly with property management and tenants

Qualifications:

• Legal right to work in Hawaii
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 10+ years progressive experience in facility maintenance/building engineering
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems, lighting, plumbing, and general building operations
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills

Work Setting: On-site

Schedule: Monday to Friday, eligible for overtime

Salary Range: $55k - $70k/year, based on experience
