What You'll Do:

As a Field Technician, you'll manage daily operations in the field, supervise team members, and execute a wide range of hands-on maintenance and repair tasks.

Core Services You'll Perform & Oversee:

• Ceiling tile replacement
• Replacing ballasts and light bulbs
• Graffiti removal
• Pressure washing
• Drywall patching and light repairs
• Lock changes and door hardware
• Light fixture and ballast replacement
• Minor plumbing (e.g., leaks under sinks, urinal filters)
• Vacant unit clean-outs
• Window decal and tint removal
• Site inspections and quoting for new jobs

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead field crews and ensure efficient task execution
• Monitor work quality, safety, and adherence to company standards
• Communicate project updates to office staff and clients
• Train and mentor junior technicians
• Use mobile apps for task management, photos, and job tracking
• Maintain worksite readiness, tools, and inventory

What Were Looking For:

• Natural leadership ability and experience managing field teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable using mobile field service or job tracking apps
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR
