Service Link Commercial is Hiring a Sweeping Driver!

We're looking for a skilled and dependable Sweeping Driver to operate our Powerboss sweepers, and a truck/trailer combo across commercial properties in the Phoenix Metro area. If you take pride in your work and thrive in early morning shifts, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Operate a power sweeper, and truck with a trailer to maintain exterior parking lots, garages, drive lanes, curbs, and trash corrals.
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections of all assigned vehicles.
• Use backpack blowers and hand tools (broom, shovel, dustpan) to remove debris from corners and tight spaces.
• Push debris to landscaping or off-property areas (never left onsite).
• Ensure all job sites are left visibly clean with before-and-after photos uploaded for each location.
• Fuel vehicles and empty hoppers before, during, and at the end of each shift unless instructed otherwise.
• Report damages, delays, and hazards to the Field Manager in real time.

What Were Looking For:

Skilled Driver: Confident operating a variety of commercial vehicles, including truck and trailer combos, vac trucks, and Powerboss sweepers.
Detail-Oriented: You know a job isn't done until it's done right and clean.
Physically Capable: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work comfortably outdoors.
Accountable & Professional: Represent Service Link Commercial with integrity and respect at every property.

Requirements:

• Valid Arizona Driver's License with a clean MVR.
• Experience operating power sweepers, vac trucks, and trailer combinations preferred.
• Reliable transportation to and from our Tempe yard.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather.
• Able to wear required PPE (vest, gloves, safety glasses) and use tools for extended periods.

Schedule:

• Shifts run 6:45PM-3AM
• Work 7-9 hour shifts on a 5 day schedule.
• Schedule may include at least 1 weekend day.
• Occasional schedule adjustments may be required.
