Day Laborer

Typical Scope of Work:

Our field team plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of commercial properties throughout the Metro-Phoenix area. Key responsibilities include:

• Driving company vehicles to assigned properties across the region to complete daily service routes efficiently and safely.
• Day porting services, which include removing trash and debris from outdoor trash cans, landscaped areas, and building exteriors to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
• Dusting and cleaning exterior surfaces, such as window ledges, signage, and removing cobwebs on exterior windows and structures.
• Pressure washing garages, sidewalks, stairwells, loading docks, and other surfaces as assigned to remove grime, stains, and buildup.
• Operating backpack blowers to clear curbs, parking stalls, sidewalks, and other surfaces of debris, leaves, and trash.
• Operating Sweeper and Vac Trucks to collect and remove debris pushed from curbs and parking areas, ensuring thorough property cleaning.
• Identifying and reporting issues such as property damage, graffiti, bulk trash, illegal dumping, or safety hazards to management promptly for resolution.
• Performing assigned tasks independently while following safety protocols and service guidelines to maintain a high standard of work.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly during shifts.
• Valid Arizona Drivers License (required for all driving roles).
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)  essential for driving company vehicles.
• Reliable transportation to and from our central yard or designated starting location.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, nights, and swing shifts, as needed based on service demands.
• Previous experience with labor-intensive, outdoor, or heat-related work is highly preferred.

Pay Scales:

Pay rates are competitive and based on experience and position:

• Route Day Porter: $17.00 $18.00 per hour
• Backpack Blower Operator: $17.00 $18.00 per hour
• Pressure Washer: $17.00 $20.00 per hour
• Vac Truck / Sweeper Operator: $17.00 $20.00 per hour
