We are seeking a reliable Route Day Porter to maintain commercial properties throughout Metro Phoenix. What You'll Do:

• Drive a company vehicle to service properties across Metro Phoenix.
• Remove trash from outdoor bins and building exteriors.
• Dust window ledges and remove cobwebs from exterior windows.
• Wipe down trash can lids and maintain overall cleanliness.
• Report property damage, graffiti, and bulk trash.
• Conduct property inspections and file necessary reports.

Requirements:

Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
Valid Driver's License with a clean MVR record per Service Link standards.
Reliable transportation to and from work.

Schedule:

• 8 -hour shifts
• Weekends as needed
