Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Engineer (Automation & Selenium) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing and experience with Selenium, as well as a solid understanding of software development processes and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and other automation tools

- Execute automated test scripts and analyze results to identify defects and areas for improvement

- Collaborate with developers and other team members to identify and resolve issues

- Participate in test planning, design, and strategy discussions

- Continuously improve and optimize the automation testing process

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automation testing

- Contribute to the overall quality assurance process and ensure high-quality deliverables

- Mentor and train junior team members on automation testing best practices

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automation testing using Selenium

- Strong knowledge of software development processes and methodologies

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Experience with other automation tools and technologies is a plus

- ISTQB certification is a plus
