Shelter for Life International (SFL) is an international relief and development organization with 40 years of experience in providing sustainable development and humanitarian assistance to countries around the world.

SFL opened its office in Afghanistan in the year of 1998, funded by multiple donors such as BPRM, USG, USDA and WFP. SFL has a rich experience and provides assistance to the following areas; Agriculture Development, Food Security, livelihood and emergency, shelter and population settlement, microcredit, infrastructure development, health and nutrition.

Job Summary: The Dish Washing Liquid Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive, hands-on training programs focused on the safe and effective use of dishwashing liquids. This role involves creating educational materials that highlight the benefits, proper application, and safety protocols associated with dishwashing products. The trainer conducts interactive sessions to demonstrate techniques for mixing, applying, and handling dishwashing liquids while emphasizing hygiene and safety standards. Additionally, they assess beneficiaries understanding through practical demonstrations, provide personalized guidance, and maintain accurate training records. The trainer also offers ongoing support, adjusts training methods based on feedback, and ensures all activities comply with safety and environmental guidelines to promote optimal and safe dishwashing practices.

Key Responsibility: Develop simple and effective training materials on how to use dishwashing liquids safely

and effectively.

Create educational content on the benefits and proper usage of dishwashing products.

Conduct hands-on, interactive training sessions for beneficiaries on dishwashing

techniques.

Demonstrate how to mix, apply, and safely handle dishwashing liquids for optimal results.

Teach safety protocols for handling chemicals and maintaining hygiene during

dishwashing tasks.

Ensure all training aligns with safety standards and environmental guidelines.

Assess beneficiaries understanding through practical demonstrations and feedback.

Provide personalized guidance to improve dishwashing skills.

Keep accurate records of attendance sheets.

Offer continued support and troubleshooting for beneficiaries post-training.

Adjust training techniques based on feedback to improve effectiveness.

Qualification/Requirements: Experience with dishwashing products or chemical safety.

Basic Education

Prior training experience (preferred) but not mandatory for those passionate about teaching.

Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Ability to simplify instructions and make training accessible.

Patience and a positive attitude toward beneficiaries learning.

Ability to motivate and support diverse learners.

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on hygiene and safety.
