Account Manager

 Job Description:

SG Recruitment are working with a global technology business to hire an Account Manager. This role is based in Dubai and will offer hybrid working after probation.

This Account Manager will

  • Manage a portfolio of customers across MENA, owning renewals and growth.
  • Build account plans to increase adoption, usage, and retention.
  • Run regular check-ins and QVRs with key stakeholders.
  • Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and manage proposals end-to-end.
  • Lead renewals from early engagement through negotiation and signature.
  • Work closely with Customer Success, Product, Support, and Finance.
  • Stay on top of product updates and competitors to refine your account strategy.

For the Account Manager role, you will have/be

  • 2+ years experience in SaaS Account Management/Customer Success
  • Experience with client onboarding, training sessions, QVR, cross sell/upsell
  • Fluent English and Arabic/French
  • Confident communicator, strong relationship builder
