We are proud to be working with a boutique brokerage looking to enhance their operational function by adding an operations manager to their Senior Leadership Team by appointing an Operations Manager.

• Oversee daily operations across real estate brokerage or property management activities
• Manage processes, systems, and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity
• Support agents and teams with operational guidance, onboarding, and compliance
• Monitor sales performance, listings, and transaction pipelines
• Ensure compliance with Dubai real estate regulations and company policies
• Coordinate with marketing, finance, and admin teams to streamline operations

Requirements

• Have experience working in an operational role in a Dubai Real Estate brokerage
• Have the ability to lead and manage a team
• 20K-25K per month
