Sales Executive

 Job Description:

SG Recruitment are working with a events consultancy in Dubai to hire a Sales Executive.

This Sales Executive will be part of a growing team and will

  • Manage and convert inbound leads from enquiries, calls, WhatsApp, web forms, and partner referrals.
  • Qualify customers thoroughly, understand requirements, and recommend the right service or package.
  • Handle the full sales cycle from first contact through payment and confirmation.
  • Follow up consistently, manage a busy pipeline, and keep response times high.
  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant add-ons to increase order value and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Hit weekly and monthly targets for conversions, revenue, and activity.
  • Keep CRM records up to date and flag risks early to protect conversion.

For this Sales Executive role, you will have/be

  • 1+ years experience in high-volume B2C sales in Dubai
  • Background in tourism, hospitality, travel services, events, visa, or immigration services
  • Fluent English required, Arabic, Russian, or other languages are a plus.
