• Source, attract, and place real estate brokers, agents, and property professionals across Dubai
• Manage the full 360° recruitment cycle (business development, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agencies and developers
• Advertise roles across job boards, LinkedIn, and industry network
• Screen and qualify candidates based on experience, licensing, and sales performance

Requirements 

• 2 years Dubai Real Estate Experience 
• 18K-20K per month 
• Plus commission
