SG Recruitment are working with an events consultancy business in Dubai to hire a Sales Manager.

This Sales Manager will be in charge of growing a successful sales team, process improvement, and

• Lead a team converting high-volume inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, web, and partners.
• Own team targets for revenue, conversion, and activity.
• Coach on qualification, follow-up, objection handling, and closing.
• Manage lead allocation, response SLAs, and pipeline coverage.
• Drive upsell and cross-sell to increase order value.
• Work with operations to ensure smooth delivery and reduce drop-offs.
• Keep CRM, reporting, and performance tracking on point.

For this Sales Manager role, you will have/be

• 2+ years managing a B2C sales team in Dubai, ideally in tourism, hospitality, events, visa, or immigration services.
• Proven record hitting targets in an inbound, high-volume environment.
• Fluent English required, other languages are a plus.
