Business Development Representative

 Job Description:

SG Recruitment are working with a global SaaS business to hire a Business Development Representative. This role is based in Dubai and will offer hybrid working after probation. This role is pure front-end revenue impact: create opportunities, qualify properly, and keep the funnel moving.

Business Development Representative responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with Account Executives to build prospecting plans and tight BDR x AE collaboration
  • Book qualified meetings through high-volume phone outreach in a competitive, target-driven environment
  • Run multi-channel outbound sequences across email and LinkedIn to increase meeting conversion
  • Qualify prospects on discovery calls (Mid-Market to Enterprise), and in some cases manage deals end-to-end
  • Keep accurate CRM notes, next steps, and qualification detail so AEs can close faster
For the Business Development Representative role, you will have:
  • 1+ year experience as a BDR/SDR selling SaaS (preferred)

  • Native Arabic and fluent English (required)

  • Confident communicator, fast rapport-builder, and naturally curious with prospects
  • Degree in business, marketing, management, or communications (nice to have)
