Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of customer growth in Tokyo, develop targeted acquisition strategies, and drive high-quality student admissions leads through a multi-channel mixwith a focus on operating Chinese mainstream social media platforms (WeChat, Douyin, Xiaohongshu etc.), optimizing official website content, conducting offline promotion activities, and creating/launching creative videos.
  • Proactively explore local cooperative channels in Japan and China (e.g., educational institutions, study-abroad platforms, community organizations), establish long-term stable partnerships, and maintain existing channels to drive incremental customer resource inflow.
  • Design and execute localized promotion campaigns (such as online seminars and offline experience events) based on Tokyos education market trends and target customer needs, and propose innovative customer acquisition solutions for validation and implementation.
  • Plan and manage performance campaigns end-to-end, including goal setting, budget allocation, real-time monitoring of campaign performance, and iterative optimization to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Create and optimize digital marketing materials (social media content, short videos, promotional graphics, etc.) tailored to Chinese social platforms and target audiences, ensuring consistency with brand tone and campaign goals.
  • Build a channel evaluation system to track key metrics (customer volume, quality, conversion rate, customer acquisition cost (CAC), ROI), analyze data regularly, and optimize cooperation plans to improve efficiency and reduce acquisition costs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (consulting, academic affairs, etc.), share customer needs and market feedback, optimize the student admissions process, and support higher customer conversion rates to achieve overall business growth.

Requirements

  • Reside in Tokyo with a deep understanding of the local education market, cultural customs, and target customer profiles. Prior experience with Chinese-Japanese educational industry resources is a strong plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in student admissions with proven track record in performance campaign management and digital marketing material creation. Capable of independently managing the entire process of channel development, content promotion, and event planning.
  • Proficient in the operation logic and promotion skills of Chinese mainstream social media (WeChat, Douyin, Xiaohongshu etc.), familiar with offline event organization and partnership negotiation processes. Hands-on experience in short video creation or graphic design is preferred.
  • Result-oriented, with strong creative planning, resource integration, and problem-solving abilities; skilled in channel optimization and cost control through data analysis, able to respond quickly to market changes and adjust strategies.
  • Fluent in both Chinese and Japanese and able to adapt to diverse cooperation scenarios. Strong business negotiation and interpersonal skills are required.
