Their core solutions empower both businesses and individual consumers through next-generation AI orchestration and intelligent experiences.We are searching for a visionary Head of Go-To-Market (GTM) for Japan. This role is 100% Fully Remote from anywhere in Japan (founding-member level), offering you complete ownership of the strategic and operational blueprint for launching this game-changing AI platform nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Market Entry Blueprint: Design and execute the comprehensive 0-to-1 GTM strategy tailored for the Japanese consumer and commercial landscape.
- Full-Funnel Ownership: Drive initial user acquisition, build localized marketing/sales pipelines, and establish early-stage market traction from scratch.
- Product Localization: Collaborate deeply with the global product team to adapt our AI configurations and user experiences to the unique cultural and compliance needs of the Japanese market.
- Partner & Ecosystem Development:Forge strategic alliances with top-tier local distributors, retail/e-commerce platforms, and digital agency partners to drive mass-scale product adoption.Build a robust co-marketing and distribution ecosystem with major local technology ecosystems, cloud providers, and lifestyle platforms to embed our AI infrastructure nationwide.
- Team Scaling: Bootstrap our Japan presence and gradually recruit a high-performing local commercial and solutions team.
Requirements
- The 0-to-1 Maverick: Successful track record of launching innovative/disruptive products (including both cutting-edge Software/SaaS or advanced Hardware/Gadgets) into the Japanese market from scratch.
- Cross-Cultural Bridge: Deep, intrinsic understanding of both Chinese and Japanese business cultures and consumer behaviors, enabling you to navigate complex multi-stakeholder environments effortlessly.
- Bilingual Communicator: Native or professional fluency in both Japanese and Chinese (written and spoken) is required to bridge the gap between global hubs and the local market.Fluency in English is a strong plus for global corporate alignment.
- AI & Tech Savvy: Enthusiast about the AI era, capable of translating workflow automation or smart-device connectivity into tangible value for both everyday consumers and corporate clients.
- Based in Japan: Located in Japan with eligibility to work, enjoying the flexibility of working from home anywhere in the country.
