Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven HR Expertise in France: Long-term experience working in the French HR industry, with in-depth knowledge of local labor policies, compensation frameworks, corporate culture, and employee relations.
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and French (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with clients and interpret cross-cultural HR needs.
  • Remote Consulting Experience: Prior experience providing online/remote HR consulting services is highly preferred.You should be comfortable using digital tools to deliver advice and build client relationships.
