Responsibilities

• Strategic Market Expansion: Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share for AOI/SPI/X-ray solutions within the Malaysian E&E sector.
• High-Level Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with key decision-makers at Tier 1 EMS providers, OEMs, and semiconductor players.
• Solution-Based Selling: Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations, translating complex inspection capabilities into tangible ROI for clients.
• Market Insight: Monitor Industry 4.0 trends and competitor landscapes to provide actionable feedback for regional growth.

Requirements

• Sector Expertise: Strong background in capital equipment sales, specifically within SMT or PCBA assembly environments. Familiarity with inspection technology (AOI/SPI) is a major advantage.
• Established Network: A proven track record and an existing network of contacts within the Malaysian electronics manufacturing industry.
• Communication Skills: Fluent in English. Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred for engaging with local manufacturing partners.
• Entrepreneurial Drive: A proactive "hunter" mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, technical environment.
