Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital admission strategies to attract global students, including optimizing online channels (social media, study-abroad forums, targeted ads, and lead-generation campaigns).
- Drive end-to-end enrollment: from lead nurturing (via email, virtual consultations) to application review, visa support coordination, and conversion of prospects into enrolled students.
- Focus on expanding recruitment in Chinese-speaking markets, leveraging fluent Chinese communication to engage with students, agents, and partners.
- Analyze enrollment data, track digital campaign performance, and iterate strategies to meet monthly/quarterly admission KPIs.
- Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to refine student-facing materials (digital brochures, web content, virtual open house sessions).
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in online admission/customer acquisition, preferably in education (language schools, study-abroad programs, or international education).
- Fluent Mandarin Chinese (spoken/written) is highly preferred ability to engage Chinese students, parents, and education agents effectively.
- Strong Japanese communication skills (business-level); English proficiency is a plus.
- Deep understanding of digital recruitment tools: social media platforms (WeChat, Xiaohongshu,LinkedIn), lead management systems, and online advertising (Google Ads, social ads).
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting enrollment targets through digital initiatives.
- Cross-cultural awareness and ability to work with a diverse team and student base.
