Description:
shareQ is seeking a Development and Partnership Manager to lead growth efforts. This role focuses on scaling a Digital Platform for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), engaging donors, and writing humanitarian proposals. You will lead the development team, monitor performance, and report directly to the Executive Directors. This position is ideal for a professional operating at the intersection of digital innovation and social impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development for Digital Platform (70%)
- Strategic Engagement: Map and sign agreements with OPDs, NGOs, corporations, public sector institutions, and international diaspora stakeholders.
- Growth Management: Manage a structured pipeline of prospective partners and oversee the onboarding process.
- Representation: Represent the platform at events and tailor value propositions for various stakeholder types.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor trends in disability inclusion and digital services to refine revenue streams and incentive models.
2. Partnerships & Consortium Management (30%)
- Fundraising Strategy: Build and implement the fundraising strategy for future humanitarian programming.
- Consortium Building: Identify and join local/international consortiums; coordinate roles and inputs for joint proposals.
- Donor Relations: Participate in negotiations regarding program design and budgets; manage follow-ups via CRM.
- Cross-Program Support: Ensure alignment between donor requirements and shareQs impact objectives.
Qualifications & Competencies
- Experience: 3–7 years in business development, fundraising, or stakeholder engagement. Experience in "tech-for-good, Hospitality, Social Work or NGOs is highly preferred.
- Education: Masters degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office; excellent English and Arabic (French is a plus).
- Mindset: Mission-driven with a strong commitment to disability inclusion.
- Leadership: Proactive, structured, and able to work under pressure with strong negotiation skills.
