Job title: Recruitment Officer
Location: Office in Aintoura, Keserwan

Work schedules: Full-time from Monday to Friday (8.00 AM - 5.00 PM) or part-time

Organization Overview: shareQ (www.shareq.org) is a Lebanese non-profit organization launched by a group of dedicated young professionals in 2012. ShareQ is dedicated to innovating sustainable social projects and implementing them in collaboration with more than 30 NGOs. ShareQ currently has two main departments, ProAbled (www.proabled.com) and M Social Catering (www.msocialcatering.com).

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and facilitate the recruitment and selection process of employees, interns, and volunteers, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
  • Maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Assist with new team members (employees, interns, or volunteers) onboarding, including coordinating orientation sessions, preparing new hire paperwork, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Participate in events such as jobs or NGO fairs
  • Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, policy updates, and HR policy communication.
  • Assist with HR reporting and data analysis, generating reports on HR metrics and trends as needed.

Job Qualifications:

  • Proven minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, or in a recruitment company.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English language.
  • Previous experience in NGOs or recruitment companies is a plus.
