Job title: Quality Control Officer
Location: Office in Aintoura, Keserwan.

Work schedules: Full-time from Monday to Saturday

Organization Overview: shareQ (www.shareq.org) is a Lebanese non-profit organization launched by a group of dedicated young professionals in 2012. shareQ is dedicated to innovating sustainable social projects and implementing them in collaboration with more than 30 NGOs. shareQ has currently two main departments, ProAbled (www.proabled.com) and ProAbled Social Kitchen ( proabledsocialkitchen.com )

  • Oversee and guide the production team, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Establish clear daily, weekly, and monthly goals for the production team.
  • Effectively communicate goals and expectations to team members.
  • Monitor the cleanliness of the kitchen and surrounding areas.
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and cleanliness standards, adhering to "Clean as You Go" principles.
  • Regularly check and verify the expiration dates of M Social Catering products.
  • Lead and participate in tasks related to quality control, such as inspections and testing.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports as required.

Job Qualifications:

  • Proven minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control, food production, or catering settings.
  • Bachelor's degree in quality control, food safety, nutrition, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations and standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English language.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
