Social Worker (Training Coordinator)
About the job Social Worker (Training Coordinator)
Location: Office in Aintoura, Keserwan.
Work schedules: Full-time Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
We are seeking a Training Coordinator to coordinate and facilitate training programs and workshops for our NGO by working closely with various departments and parties to identify training needs, designing and developing training materials, and organizing training sessions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department managers and leaders to identify training needs and gaps within the organization
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs and initiatives to address identified needs
- Design, develop, and update training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring optimal attendance and participation
- Assist in the selection and evaluation of external trainers or training providers, as needed
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using various metrics and feedback mechanisms
- Track and maintain training records, including attendance, evaluations, and certifications
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development
- Coordinate and implement the training program for persons with disabilities and/ or financial challenges
- Screen and interview potential candidates for the training program
- Coordinate with expert trainers in each field before providing the sessions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Learning and Development, Social work, or any relevant field
- Proven experience of minimum 3 years in coordinating and delivering training programs
- Experience in working with persons with disabilities or people with financial challenges is a plus
- Experience in NGOs is a plus
- Good in written and spoken English and Arabic
