Job title: Research Assistant

Location: Office in Aintoura, Keserwan.

Work schedules: Part-time: 25 hours per week

Organization Overview: shareQ (www.shareq.org) is a Lebanese non-profit organization launched by a group of dedicated young professionals in 2012. shareQ is dedicated to innovating sustainable social projects and implementing them in collaboration with more than 40 NGOs. shareQ has currently two main departments, ProAbled (www.proabled.com) and ProAbled Social Kitchen.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate curricula development for disability inclusion courses and assist delivery in one or many universities.
• Reading books, journal articles, and publications for research purposes.
• Assist in writing different documents, articles, and research material.
• Support the team in new research in the fields of disability inclusion management, leadership, and humanitarian programming.
• Work on and contribute Assist in research work and publication in the fields of disability inclusion and entrepreneurship.
• Organize meetings, surveys distribution and collection and focus groups.

Job Qualifications:

• Research experience is a must
• Knowledge in research techniques and methodologies
• Masters or PhD student in business, communications, HR or inclusion
• Language: Arabic, English, French is a plus
