What are we looking for?

A hands-on DevOps engineer who can contribute to both infrastructure and development tasks. This role is ideal for someone comfortable working across the full stack in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of ownership over systems, deployments, and application performance.

What are you expected to do?

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure AWS infrastructure
• Manage and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or scripted solutions
• Work with containerization tools (Docker or Podman), including image creation and registry management
• Ensure system reliability, security, and performance across environments
• Collaborate closely with development teams working across full-stack applications. Tech stack includes backend development using Node.js frameworks such as Express.js, Koa, NestJS, and Bun-based libraries, and frontend development using React and Next.js.
• Provide support for JavaScript development as needed.
• Support day-to-day development operational tasks as required

You'll be a great fit if:

• You have 5 years of professional experience in DevOps Engineering preferably supporting internal/global clients.
• You have strong hands-on experience with AWS, including security best practices
• You have experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions)
• You are experienced with containerization tools such as Docker or Podman
• You are proactive, adaptable, and able to handle both DevOps and development responsibilities
• You have a good familiarity and proficiency in Javascript Development (FE: React, NextJS, BE: Node.js, Express.js, Koa, NestJS, or any Bun-based libraries).
• You have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Please note: This role is remote; however, we require candidates to be based locally in the Philippines. This is to support occasional onsite activities such as team events, client meetings, or equipment handover. Additionally, local residency is necessary for compliance with Philippines labor laws and employment regulations.
