What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Sitecore Full Stack Developer to ensure that production Sitecore environments are supported effectively through proactive investigation and resolution of backend issues, rather than sprint-based feature development.
In this role, you will help maintain the reliability of customer MarTech platforms on the organization platform, ensuring that production issues are investigated and resolved efficiently across customer environments. Customer Sitecore environments will remain stable and performant, with backend production issues diagnosed and resolved effectively across multiple customer codebases.
What are you expected to do?
- Support Customer Sitecore environments
Work within the ticketing system to investigate and resolve backend Sitecore and composable platform issues affecting customer environments.
Act as the developer responsible for troubleshooting production issues and outages alongside Site Reliability Engineers.
Investigate and resolve production issues within unfamiliar customer codebases using strong Sitecore development patterns and troubleshooting techniques.
Diagnose issues across customer Sitecore implementations, backend services, APIs, integrations and headless delivery architectures.
Collaborate with customer development teams when application-level issues are identified.
Identify opportunities to improve reliability or automation across customer
environments where recurring issues are observed.
- Support Onboarding and Upgrade Activities (UAT / Stabilisation)
Assist onboarding and upgrade projects during the stabilisation phase, focusing on bug resolution and technical troubleshooting.
Investigate and resolve issues identified during UAT or post-upgrade validation.
Work with Solution Architects and Customer Success Managers to ensure environments stabilise successfully following onboarding or upgrades.
Escalate blockers or technical risks early to relevant team members or management.
You’ll be a great fit if:
You have 2–5+ years of development experience working with Sitecore.
You have experience with Sitecore XP/XM from versions 9–10.
You have knowledge of XM Cloud and Sitecore AI (preferred).
You are familiar with all Sitecore development methodologies, including SXA, JSS, and MVC.
It would be a plus if:
You are comfortable working in production support environments rather than sprint-based feature development.
You can investigate and resolve issues within unfamiliar customer codebases.
You have a strong understanding of Sitecore headless architectures and composable platforms.
You are familiar with Next.js–based rendering hosts and how they interact with Sitecore APIs, without necessarily being a frontend developer.
You understand that uptime and performance are critical.
You love helping customers and their teams succeed with MarTech.
You have a passion for automation and making processes faster.
Working in a team of thought leaders, your skills will be used to:
Keep client sites online all the time
Make client websites run FAST at the application and infra level
Provide time zone support to critical issues
Use your expertise to help develop our Product and IP
What you gain beyond the role:
Remote + Hybrid Flexibility: Enjoy the best of both worlds—collaborative office days when it counts, balanced with the freedom to work from home.
Achieve Work-Life Balance and Flexibility: Work in an environment where you’re trusted and empowered to work independently, while still having the support you need to deliver your best. Here, flexibility isn’t just a perk—it’s how we help you perform at your best, without sacrificing life outside of work.
Open Culture: Your voice matters, we encourage proactive communication and fresh ideas.
Supportive Team: From your very first day to every career milestone, we’ve got your back—with long-term growth and projects you can truly thrive in.
Learn and Grow: Training, coaching, and international opportunities to level up your skills and career
Be part of a B-Corp company that puts people and planet first while creating meaningful impact.
Please note: This role is remote; however, we require candidates to be based locally in Colombia. This is to support occasional onsite activities such as team events, client meetings, or equipment handover. Additionally, local residency is necessary for compliance with Colombia labor laws and employment regulations.
