What are we looking for?

Join a leading home cooking and food education company dedicated to helping families and individuals make the most of fresh, seasonal ingredients. With a focus on practical tips, easy-to-follow recipes, and sustainable cooking practices, this team inspires home cooks to create delicious, nutritious meals while reducing food waste.

What are you expected to do?

1.YouTube & Social Media Management & Repurposing:

• Upload 2–3 YouTube videos and 15–20 YouTube Shorts per month
• Add fully optimized titles, tags, thumbnails, descriptions, chapters, links, end-cards, hashtags, and YouTube native music.
• Maintain playlists and manage comments.
• Repurpose YT Videos & Shorts on social media (Instagram & Facebook) and embed on relevant blogs via Raptive. Also repurpose reels from 2025 into YT shorts and add to blog via Raptive.
• Post and schedule 2-3 fully optimized carousels, posts, stories on Instagram and Facebook.
• Provide monthly performance snapshot summarizing reach, engagement, watch time, & clicks.

2.Blog Content & Newsletter Management:

• Update 3–5 older blog posts per week with new photos, correct alt text, and embedded Raptive videos ensuring formatting, links, and metadata are accurate.
• Finalize weekly newsletter by inserting correct links, adding relevant pdf or book placements, testing the newsletter, scheduling for publishing, publishing to www and sharing on social media.
• Provide monthly performance snapshot summarizing open rate, click through, which links resonate, click through on ads (pdf or books).

3.Organizational Systems & Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):

• Establish a centralized filing system for all video and photo assets using Google Drive or a similar platform.
• Ensure that all content is organized, named and documented for easy access.
• Create simple Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recurring tasks like YouTube uploads, blog formatting, and newsletter finalizing, Raptive embedding, etc.

Youll be a great fit if:

• You have at least 1 year of experience in digital content creation and must have hands-on experience with YouTube Studio.
• You have strong technical proficiency and are confident using tools like WordPress, Canva, and ConvertKit, with the ability to quickly learn new platforms as needed.
• You are fluent in written and spoken English, capable of crafting clear, friendly, and engaging copy for video descriptions, captions, and newsletters.
• You have exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in metadata, spelling, formatting, and link placement.
• You manage your time effectively, consistently meeting deadlines while handling weekly workflows that include scheduling videos, social posts, and newsletters.
• You are highly organized, able to create and maintain systems for digital assets and standard operating procedures.
• You can commit to rendering approximately 20 hours per week.

Please note: This role is remote; however, we require candidates to be based locally in the Philippines. This is to support occasional onsite activities such as team events, client meetings, or equipment handover. Additionally, local residency is necessary for compliance with Philippines labor laws and employment regulations.
