What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer who will help ensure that customer environments running on the organization platforms (ARC and Fusion) operate reliably across Microsoft Azure infrastructure and Cloudflare edge services.
In this role, you will help maintain the availability, performance, and security of customer websites, ensuring they consistently meet or exceed agreed performance, availability, and support SLAs. You will also play a key role in responding to operational issues, communicating clearly with customers, identifying root causes, and contributing to continuous improvements across the platform.
What are you expected to do?
- Customer Platform Support and Incident Management
Provide technical support for customer environments deployed using organization ARC and Fusion within Microsoft Azure.
Own and resolve support requests raised through Zendesk, ensuring issues are investigated thoroughly and resolved efficiently.
Respond rapidly to production incidents affecting customer websites or infrastructure.
Investigate and troubleshoot issues across Azure infrastructure, networking, deployments and application environments.
Assist customers with configuration and operational questions related to organization ARC and Fusion deployments.
Perform root cause analysis following incidents and contribute preventative improvements where possible.
Collaborate with customer development teams when application-level issues are identified.
Maintain operational documentation, troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles along with accurate time tracking and detailed troubleshooting notes in Zendesk.
Identify opportunities to automate operational tasks or improve support processes.
- PlatformFeedback an Continuous Improvement
Work closely with the Product and Development teams to provide feedback on platform behaviour, operational challenges and improvement opportunities.
Identify recurring operational issues that could be resolved through improvements to ARC or Fusion automation.
Assist with troubleshooting platform issues and support proof-of-concept work or hotfixes where operational expertise is required.
Support initiatives that improve platform reliability while reducing operational complexity.
You’ll be a great fit if:
You have 3+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud operations, infrastructure support, or site reliability roles.
You have hands-on experience operating Microsoft Azure environments in production.
You have experience supporting enterprise web platforms or digital experience platforms such as Sitecore or similar .NET-based solutions.
You hold, or are working toward, the Microsoft AZ-400 DevOps Engineer certification (highly desirable).
It would be a plus if:
You have strong troubleshooting capabilities across Microsoft Azure infrastructure, networking, and application platforms.
You have experience with PowerShell scripting, particularly with Az PowerShell modules.

Azure RBAC
App Services
Function Apps
Azure SQL PaaS
Azure Front Door
Virtual Networks
You have experience managing Cloudflare DNS, security, and caching configurations.
You are proficient with Git and enterprise branching strategies.
You have experience securing applications and DevOps pipelines using Azure Key Vault and Entra ID.
You have experience managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
You have experience working with Infrastructure as Code tools such as ARM templates, YAML, Bicep, or Terraform.
You have experience with monitoring platforms such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, or Grafana.
You have experience using operational tools such as Zendesk, Confluence, and Lucid.
You personally:

Please note: This role is remote; however, we require candidates to be based locally in Colombia. This is to support occasional onsite activities such as team events, client meetings, or equipment handover. Additionally, local residency is necessary for compliance with Colombia labor laws and employment regulations.

What happens after you submit your application?
The whole process takes around 3-4 weeks:
There will be 2-3 interviews and a possible assessment from our client partner. You will undergo an initial interview, a culture interview, and 1-2 interviews with our cool client. This will run for about 3-4 weeks but we will let you know if we need to ramp it up. Be yourself and have fun.
We will constantly communicate with you as to the development of your application. You can also directly communicate with us to ask us about the status of your application.
If all goes well, we complete the reference check and provide other necessary requirements so we can offer you the job right away.
