What are we looking for?

We are looking for a versatile IT Operations professional who can manage day-to-day IT activities and support a dynamic internal environment. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable handling a mix of technical and administrative responsibilities and enjoys working across different areas of IT.


What are you expected to do?

  • Provide general IT support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and user issues
  • Manage and administer Microsoft 365 services (users, permissions, security)
  • Handle invoice management and application governance, including cost tracking and vendor coordination
  • Support onboarding and offboarding of tools, systems, and user access
  • Oversee WordPress hosting environments (SiteGround and HostGator), including maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Administer Okta for identity and access management (user provisioning, deprovisioning, access control)
  • Support ad hoc IT tasks and operational projects as needed

You’ll be a great fit if:

  • You have at least 5 years experience in general IT Global operations or support
  • You are knowledgeable in Microsoft 365 administration
  • You have hands-on experience with identity and access management tools such as Okta
  • You are familiar with WordPress hosting platforms like SiteGround and HostGator
  • You have strong organizational skills and can manage invoices, vendors, and IT assets
  • You are proactive, adaptable, and comfortable handling a wide range of IT tasks
  • You have strong problem-solving skills and a user-focused mindset

Please note: This role is remote; however, we require candidates to be based locally in the Philippines. This is to support occasional onsite activities such as team events, client meetings, or equipment handover. Additionally, local residency is necessary for compliance with Philippines labor laws and employment regulations.

What to Expect in the Process?

  1. You’ll go through 3–4 interviews plus a possible assessment with our client partner. This includes an initial chat, a culture-fit interview, and 1–2 conversations with our awesome client. The whole process usually takes 1–2 weeks, but we’ll let you know if things need to move quicker.
