Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, the ability to multitask efficiently, and a welcoming demeanor. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to various departments.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

Manage the reception area to ensure a clean and organized environment

Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries

Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff

Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed

Provide basic information to clients and visitors regarding the company and services

Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and workflow

Uphold company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus
