Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, the ability to multitask efficiently, and a welcoming demeanor. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

  • Manage the reception area to ensure a clean and organized environment

  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries

  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed

  • Provide basic information to clients and visitors regarding the company and services

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and workflow

  • Uphold company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Professional appearance and attitude
