  • This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator/Intern on a temporary basis. This role offers a dynamic environment where you can contribute to the company's marketing strategy and gain valuable hands-on experience. As a temporary member of our team, you'll be expected to dedicate up to 4 hours a day, 5 days a week to this role, providing essential support to our marketing initiatives.
  • The successful candidate will:
  • Assist in developing and implementing the company’s marketing strategy
  • Coordinates and support the production of marketing communications materials
  • Compile market research, forecasts, competitor analysis, campaign results, case studies
  • Ensure that all marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation
  • Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for campaigns’ success

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape, and prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing data
  • Support the marketing director in establishing and evaluating marketing strategy by assembling forecasts, setting objectives, organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars
  • Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales and customer success teams, and provide instructions for usage and promotion
  • Plan meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists
  • Maintain inventory of marketing and sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials

Required skills and qualifications

  • Experience in marketing coordination or similar role is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and hardworking
  • Experience using data analytics software for research
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communications - remove this line for intern
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Proven aptitude in seeking creative solutions to multi-faceted challenges
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Bonus: Working knowledge of HTML, ads serving tools, graphic design and email software
