Position Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Sales Operations and Lead Management Specialist to join our sales team. This role is crucial in supporting our sales operations, managing leads, and ensuring seamless sales processes. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with excellent organizational skills and a passion for technology and logistics.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Management:
    • Handle the intake, assignment, and tracking of incoming leads.

    • Ensure timely and accurate entry of lead information into our CRM system.

    • Monitor lead progress and follow up with the sales team to ensure leads are being nurtured and converted.

  2. Sales Operations Support:
    • Assist in the development and maintenance of sales process documentation.

    • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing sales reports, and maintaining sales collateral.

    • Help with the implementation and optimization of sales tools and technologies.

  3. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

    • Generate regular reports on lead conversion rates, sales performance, and other key metrics.

    • Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.

  4. Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and sales efforts.

    • Communicate effectively with the sales team to provide updates on lead status and sales performance.

    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy discussions.


Qualifications / Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 0-2 years of experience in sales operations, lead management, or a related role.

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
